This is the tried and true nature that represents Personal Touch Construction. We are a locally owned and operated company that has been in business since 1989. Personal Touch Construction provides services for custom home builders, premier home builders, general contractors and individual homeowners in Maryland and Pennsylvania. Our area of expertise includes: exterior surfacing with all types of siding, soffit, fascia and window installation.

In addition, in 2015, we added a partner, William “Tac” Eckenrode. With this expansion, Personal Touch’s scope of work also includes installation of hardwood, tile flooring and backsplash, cabinets and interior moulding and trim carpentry. Tac brings 25 plus years of expertise having worked on premier homes across the area. This partnership has created new opportunities to assist homeowners and builders by bringing continuity and specialized detail to each interior or exterior project. No project is too small for that special touch.  We continue to pride ourselves in providing honest dependable work with a smile.
